Our homemade pre cooked Pepper Jack brats are made with natural hog casings and have the perfect spice to them. Boiled in water and beer before packaging, this product retails at 5.99 per  lb and is vaccum sealed to ensure freshness. The average package weighs 1.00 lb with four brats.
