Like our original Bacon, these pork bellies sit in a brine for a week. We then rub the bellie with a Jalapeno Rub and smoke it for 12 hours. This product retails at 7.49 per Lb and is vaccum sealed for freshness. Average weight per package is .80 Lbs.
