Canadian Bacon

One of our biggest sellers! Our Canadian Bacon sits in a brine for a week, then is smoked for 8 - 10 hours. We then slice to the perfect thickness and vaccum seal it for freshness. Such a great product for Breakfast or to put on Pizzas. The average weight per package is .75 Lbs.
